Ivy Cottage is now completely sold out with a waiting list of prospective purchasers. There are still a few shares left in Rose Cottage, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and Yew Cottage 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The last of the 1 bedroom cottages was completed in August with Wisteria Cottage a studio apartment due for completion very soon.

The first of the 3 bedroom properties are now available at a special pre-refurbishment price.

Through out the Spring and Summer we will continue to offer Inspection Visit packages of £149 per couple for 2 nights in the Penhaven Hotel on a Dinner Bed and Breakfast basis and £199 if you would prefer to stay for 3 nights. This is still the best way to find out for yourself all the benefits of ownership at Penhaven while enjoying a short break.
